What personal data we collect and why we collect it

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
We collect your first and last name, email address postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data. We will not use the contact form information for marketing purposes.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Personal data breach notification: Data controller to supervisory authority
When the personal data breach or suspected data breach affects personal data that is being processed by us, the following actions are performed by the Data Protection Officer:
- We will establish whether the personal data breach should be reported to the Supervisory Authority.
- We will establish the risk to the rights and freedoms of the data subject affected by the processing activity affected by the data breach.
- If the personal data breach is not likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of the affected data subjects, no notification is required. However, the data breach will be recorded into our Data Breach Register.
- The Supervisory Authority will be notified no later than in 72 hours, if the personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of the data subjects affected by the personal data breach. Any possible reasons for delay beyond 72 hours will be communicated to the Supervisory Authority.

We will assess if the personal data breach is likely to result in high risk to the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
If yes, the Data Protection Officer will notify, with undue delay, the affected data subjects.
