Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with BAM! Tape™. We appreciate your business and we do our best to provide you with high quality products and great customer service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and so we offer you our “Stick With Us” Return Policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us within 21 days from your purchase date and we will refund your purchase cost minus the shipping cost.

Returns

You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and carefully packed for return shipping. If there is excess space in the shipping box, please include some padding (bubble wrap or paper) around the time to prevent damage during shipping.

All returned items must include the receipt that we included with the purchase. When you receive your purchase, please keep the receipt until you are certain that you will not be returning the item.

Only purchases made directly through bamtape.com  qualify for the “Stick With Us” Return Policy. For all other BAM! Tape™ purchases, please contact your authorized point of sale for their merchant return and refund information.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Please keep your contact info current so that we can always offer you prompt communication and customer service.

All refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. Refund credits are initiated upon our receipt of the returned merchandise in its original condition and packaging. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies, or the policies of your payment method.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for purchases and returns are non-refundable.

Returned items must be sent to BAM! Tape™ using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items lost during return shipping.
